Adittya is a graduate of the prestigious School of Planning and Architecture in Delhi and alumnus of St Columba’s School. When not leading architecture and historical walks for Tallis, Adittya conceptualizes and conducts various knowledge-based interactive programs including quizzes, lectures and seminars. He was the content editor for the popular television shows Kaun Banega Crorepati, Kamzor Kadii Kaun, and Mastermind India. He was the Head of Research with Synergy Communications (2000–02) and worked closely with the man synonymous with the concept of quizzing in India - Siddhartha Basu.

Adittya has quizzed actively for over two decades. At 11 years, Adittya was among the youngest-ever Bournvita Radio Quiz Finalists. A semi-finalist in the prestigious BBC Mastermind India series in 1998, he was also runner-up in the SAARC South Asian Quiz, 1993.
