Reserving an Experience Use our Experience Finder to narrow your search by region, interest and/or price to find the perfect experience. Refund and cancellation policies? Cancellations received by Tallis 30 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 10% of the total experience price; 29-15 days, will be subject to 50% of total experience price; 14 days or less will subject to 100% of the total experience price. Cancellations made as a result of the inability to meet the service provider’s requirements are non-refundable. Frequently Asked Questions Can you create a custom experience especially for me? Yes. Please use the Design Your Experience form on the home page to email us an overview of your requirements. An experience manager from Tallis will contact you with 24 hours to discuss the details. What is included in each experience? Inclusions for an experience are listed in the Experience Details section under Essential Information. Each experience typically includes a Tallis expert, hotel pick-up and drop-off, entrance fees (as applicable), and all taxes. How do I co-ordinate the pickup time and place? Before confirming your order, please enter your hotel details in the additional information section.
